CORTAR na DESPESA? OLHEM para o REINO UNIDO e a HOLANDA!

Steve Hilton, director of strategy for British Prime Minister David Cameron, arrives by bicycle in Downing Street before the weekly Cabinet meeting on March 29, 2011 in London, England. Delegates and foreign ministers from several countries are meeting in central London for a conference on the future of Libya.

British minister Andrew Mitchell, who reportedly insulted police officers after they stopped him from cycling out of the main gate down the street from the prime minister's official residence, arrives at a government meeting in May.

Netherlands' Prime Minister Mark Rutte arrives on his bike at the Prime Minister's Catshuis residence in The Hague, Netherlands, Thursday, March 29, 2012. Rutte and his two most important allies are meeting Thursday to decide whether to continue talks on spending cuts that would bring the Netherlands' budget deficit within European guidelines. The most likely alternative is new national elections. All eyes are on politician Geert Wilders, whose anti-Islam party helps Rutte's all-conservative Cabinet reach a majority in parliament.
